Why they chose Alisanda, in their own words

Alisanda customer photo

His ears have a very yeasty smell. He constantly shakes his head and there is dark gunk. He doesn't get much sleep at night because of it. I've bought a few different things from the pet store and a prescription from the vet, and nothing seems to clear it up.

Her ears are always a little smelly and she shakes her head a lot. I can't seem to get very deep in her ears, and the smell doesn't go away. The video finally wore me down enough to try it.

Waking in the night to her shaking her head, sometimes whining. Wipes and Q-tips didn't stop it, then it was vet visits, antibiotics and drops, and it keeps coming back. She'll probably hate this, but she hates what we're doing now and it isn't working.

Scratching and pawing at his ears, shaking his head. I've been washing his ears every week and I can tell he's miserable. Wipes and drops help for a couple of days, then it starts all over again. He's had this since he was a pup.

The vet said 'seasonal allergies', but I believe there's more to it. Q-tips, ointments, Benadryl: they didn't last or didn't treat the issue. I want a real solution, so he doesn't have to wait for me to notice.

He shakes his head and scratches his ears all the time. We've tried everything: finger wipes, regular ear cleaner, medicine from the vet. I was afraid it was just another product that wouldn't help, so I want to see it work first.

A sweet, damp biscuit smell from one ear. He shakes his head and it's a little red inside. I clean what I can, but I know the problem is further down, and until that bit goes, I think this will continue.

There's always wax in his ears and he shakes his head so much it sounds like a helicopter. It comes back so quickly, and when I'm done he shakes so much I never feel like I got it all.

Dark brown gunk, very red skin and a strong smell. I've tried every ear cleaner. Some do nothing, others make her ears really sore. Vet visits, allergy tests, a whole new diet. Nothing has worked.

He has been telling you for months

The head shake at six in the morning. The paw that always goes to the same ear. The head dragged along the couch that everyone thinks is funny. None of it is a quirk. He is trying to reach something inside his ear that he simply cannot get to.

Why nothing you tried has worked

Every cotton ball you pushed in packed the wax a little deeper against the eardrum. And three months of gut supplements were working on the wrong place entirely, because the problem was never his diet. It was sitting in the canal the whole time.

Tonight, the canal finally gets clean

The soft extended tip carries the rinse past the flap and into the canal, where the wax and the smell actually sit. You massage the base for thirty seconds, he shakes his head, and the loosened gunk comes up where you can wipe it away. Not in three months. Tonight.

What Actually Happens After the First Rinse

Ear Cleaner for Dogs & Cats

Foam lifting debris out of a dog's ear

The part you were not ready for

A few drops, ten seconds of massage, and it starts coming up on its own. You will want to look away and you will not be able to.

That is everything the cotton balls had been packing down there, floating back out where you can wipe it off.

He shakes his head once, hard, and then just stops.

A dog sleeping deeply on the rug

This is the one you notice

You realise you have not heard the jingle of his collar at six in the morning. He slept through.

The scratching drops off. The smell you had stopped mentioning to people is not there anymore.

He is not fighting his own ear all day, so he has energy for everything else.

A dog resting its head on its owner's lap

The part nobody warns you about

Twice a week, under a minute, and it stops being a problem you manage. It becomes something you just do.

No more vet bill you did not budget for. No more three-month supplement that changed nothing. Just an ear that stays clean because you keep it that way.

And a dog who lets you near his head now, because it stopped meaning this is going to hurt.

A Calmer Dog Begins In The Ear Canal

94%

Saw wax and debris lift out on the very first rinse.

91%

Said the head shaking eased within the first few days.

88%

Said the smell coming from the ear was gone the same day.

Questions? We've Got Answers

Does it really clean inside the ear canal?

That is the whole point of the curved applicator. It reaches past the flap and into the canal, where the wax actually sits. You massage the base for about thirty seconds, your pet shakes the loosened build-up back out, and you wipe it away instead of pushing it further down.

How is this different from a gut supplement?

They do completely different jobs. A supplement works from the inside and needs months before you can judge it. ALISANDA works in the ear canal itself, where the problem sits. It rinses out the wax, the gunk and the smell that cotton balls and wipes leave behind. You see the difference the same evening, not next season.

Can I use it on my cat?

Yes, the same bottle is made for both. A cat simply needs fewer drops than a large dog. If you have a dog and a cat at home, one bottle covers the whole house.

Is it safe if he licks his paw after?

Yes. There is no alcohol in the formula, which is why it does not sting going in and why it is safe if your pet licks it afterwards. Leaving alcohol out was a deliberate choice, not a shortcut.

How often should I use it?

Twice a week is enough for most pets, and it takes under a minute. Floppy-eared breeds and dogs that swim tend to need it more regularly, since a warm closed canal is exactly where wax and yeast like to sit.

How fast will I see a difference?

You see the first rinse work right away, because the loosened build-up comes out when your pet shakes his head and you wipe it off. The head shaking and the smell usually settle over the first few days of regular use.
